  11. I made a simple program that infinetly looped, printing random numbers.  
  12. When I tried to stop it with Ctrl-Break, it just paused for a split 
  13. second (Barely noticeable).  When I pressed it again, it went back to the 
  14. IDE, and locked, without stopping the hard drive.  The only way to get 
  15. out was to reset.  Does anyone know what is hapenning here?  (I am using 
  16. Borland Turbo C++ verson 3.1).  Thanxx!
